Holland Road, No Man’s Land

The above Road will be closed from 7.30am to 5pm on October 20th to 24th for resurfacing work to take place. 

Road subject to prohibition – Holland Road for its entire length.

Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporary impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit and motor vehicle to stop as specified on the above mention length of road in No Man’s Land.

Where a vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 7.30am and 5pm weekdays on. There is no alternative route.
